You will need :
1. 135 grams (120 ml)of gamma butyrolactone
2. 63 grams of Sodium Hydroxide or91 grams of Potassium Hydroxide
3. Papers to test PH

1. Place the content of the gamma butyrolactone bottle in a stainless steel or pyrex glass saucepan. Do not use aluminum cookware to make GHB.
2. Place the content of the NaOH or KOH bottle in the same saucepan.
3. Put SLOWLY around a half cup of warm distilled water in it. Put a cover (fast! the reaction may be immediate) on it but not tight.
4. Wait a little it will start reacting on itself. If it doesn’t (after 2-3 minutes), heat it a LITTLE (once it reacts remove it from the stove).
4. 5 If there is some NaOH not dissolved, stir it up till it is.
5. (This step is optional, some like it like that and others prefer to heat the solution a little.) After it’s finished. Start heating it slowly. You will see it starting boiling. Don’t overheat! It can burn. Do it for one hour. Don’t forget to add water if you make it boil for a long time.
5.5. Between step 4 and 6 you might see a white compound on the side of the saucepan (it doesn’t happen everytime). Don’t throw it away, it’s GHB. When you will add water it will dissolve.
6. When you are finished, put it in a measuring cup (Pyrex) and fill it with water (when I’m in a hurry to taste it I use ice) to 1000ml (a little more than 4 cups). That way you’ll have around 1 grams per teaspoon.
7. Measure the PH. If it’s higher than 7 add vinegar to lower it to 7. It can take 50 – 75 ml of vinegar.
8. To store it I use a mason glass jar with a plastic cover.

How to make GBL to GHB powder?

ok here is the deal no chemistry is needed. here is the synthesis.
Use the synth below. You will get powder GHB. This way you can calculate your dosage fairly easily. Start at 1 g and up the dose to 2, followed by 3, then 4. You won’t need any more than this. Stop and wait at 2 and see how good that hits you, then go to 3, wait etc. You can find your own “good” dose this way.

3) Divide this number by the average molecular weight of GBL (86.06gms/mol). Example: (224.8 gms GBL) / (86.06 gms/mol) = 2.612 mols of GBL
4) Multiply this number by the average molecular weight of NaOH (40.0gms/mol) Example: (2.612 mols) * (40.0) = 104.5 gms NaOH
5) Weigh out this much NaOH using a set of chemical scales.
6) Heat the GBL + 5% distilled water (by volume) to 100 degrees C Example: 200 mls GBL + 20 mls distilled water heated to 100C 7) Completely dissolve the NaOH in distilled water at the rate of about40 grams per 100 mls of water. Example: (104.5 gms NaOH) / (40) = 2.6125 * 100 mlw H2O = 260 mls water
*SLOWLY* drip (DO NOT POUR) 90% of the NaOH into the heated GBLand make sure that the reaction is occurring (the solution will beginboiling vigorously). If the reaction is not occuring, then you eitherhave not heated the GBL to 100C or you have defective reactants (throwthem out and get fresh stuff). Once the solution begins boiling, youcan turn the heat off – the reaction will make its own heat.
9) Begin measuring the pH of the reaction solution with narrow range pHpaper (5.0 – 8.0 paper). When the range begins to get to 7.5 to 8.0,stop dripping the NaOH solution. This mixture will still have unreactedlactone in it – so now it is time to do some steam distillation. Steam Distillation (The purification step)
10) Put a thermometer in the solution capable of measuring 200C andcrank the heat up on the solution. You may want to add a boiling stonemade from a clean piece of pea gravel to the solution (don’t use aboiling stick because you will burn it up, and don’t use a chemicalboiling stone because they contain metals that are not supposed to gointo humans).
11) When the solution gets up to 150-155C, cut the heat back enough tohold the temperature steady at 150-155C. Hold it at that temperatureuntil all bubbling stops. The beaker now contains melted NaGHB.
12a) To make a liquid, add enough boiling water to make the dilutionyou want. Example: You want 1 gram NaGHB per 5 ml of solution. 200 mls of GBLwill make 329 grams NaGHB. 329 * 5 ml = 1645 mls of solution. Soadd enough boiling water to bring the entire solution up to 1650 mls.
12b) To make powder, pour out thin strips of the NaGHB melt into thepyrex casserole dish. Return the melt to the low heat to keep itmelted. Let the strips cool – they will begin to curl up if the stripsare about 1/2″ to 1″ in width. Scrape them up with a metal spatula andput them into a sealed tupperware container. Pour out more strips andrepeat the procedure until you have used up all of the melt.
13) Let the strips in the tupperware container cool down and shake themaround a bit (while holding the lid tighly on). This will break up thestrips.
14) Put the broken up NaGHB pieces into a blender (no more than 1/3 full)at high speed. You may have to shake the blender around a bit to makesure everything is ground into powder. Pour the powder into a sealedtupperware container.

Things you will need to make your caps.

 

  1. A capping device and empty gel caps. The two most por capping devices are the “Cap-M-Quick” and “The Capsule Machine”. The cap-m-quick does 50 caps at a time but you have to manually join the caps by hand. The capsule machine only does 24 caps at a time but automatically joins them for you. Both of these devices can be purchased to use either size “0” or “00” caps (size “0” caps are smaller than size “00”). I prefer the capsule machine and size “0” caps, but either device in either size is fine.

 

  1. A scale to weigh the powders you’ll be using to make your caps. I recommend either the Palmscale 5.0 which is accurate to 0.1g and has a capacity of 200g (cost approx $60), the iBalance 201 which is accurate to 0.01g and has a capacity of 200g (cost approx $100, my favorite), or the GemPro-50 which is accurate to 0.002g and has a capacity of 10g (cost approx $150).

 

  1. The powdered version of the compound that you plan on capping. Oral compounds such as Anavar, dnp – dinitrophenol – , Clomid, Dianabol – methandrostenolone – , nolva and Winstrol – stanozolol make good capping choices. However compounds such as Clen, T3, Femara and Arimidex should never be capped because of their small dose amounts and the inherent inaccuracies of the capping process.

 

  1. A powdered filler that will be used to take up the space in the caps that the active compound doesn’t. Almost anything can be used as a filler, Protein Powder, Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate), Corn Starch, Flour, Creatine, Lactose, Glutamine, etc.

 

  1. A mortar and pestle to thoroughly mix the active compound and filler together. Many compounding pharmacies use a mortar and pestle to mix their ingredients together for capping and if it’s good enough for them it’s good enough for me.
    Now that we have everything necessary to make our caps here’s how we do it.For the example below I’ll use the capsule machine to make 48 caps with 100mg of Aspirin (active compound) and Baking Soda (filler).
  2. Load 24 empty caps into the capsule machine, then fill all 24 caps with Baking Soda (tamping powder if final caps will be tamped).
  3. Empty all the Baking Soda out of the capsule machine and weigh it. Total weight = 17,160mg
  4. Divide that weight (17,160mg) by the number of capsules (24) to get the total weight per cap. 17,160mg / 24 = 715mg a cap.
  5. Repeat these steps with the Aspirin powder. Total weight = 11,760mg / 24 = 490mg a cap.
  6. Now we need to figure out the ratio of Aspirin to Baking Soda.

 

100mg Aspirin = Unknown mg of Baking Soda

490mg Aspirin = 715mg Baking Soda
(100mg Aspirin x 715mg Baking Soda) / 490mg Aspirin = 146mg of Baking Soda (this is the Unknown mg of Baking Soda, and how much must be removed to make space for 100mg of Aspirin)
715mg Baking Soda – 146mg = 569mg Baking Soda (this is how much Baking Soda to use per cap)
569mg Baking Soda x 48 caps = 27,312mg Baking Soda

100mg Aspirin x 48 caps = 4800mg Aspirin

So to make 48 100mg Aspirin caps we need 4800mg of Aspirin powder and 27,312mg of Baking Soda.
This is where the simpler methods fail and give inaccurate results. As the chart below shows, different compounds (like Aspirin and Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)) weigh different amounts for the same volume. If we had simply subtracted 100mg from the Baking Soda we would not have had properly dosed caps, because to fit in 100mg of Aspirin we needed to subtract 146mg of Baking Soda.

 

Now that we know how much active compound and filler to use (Aspirin and Baking Soda) we need to mix them together. To do this we’ll use a mortar and pestle with the geometric dilution method, which was introduced to me by pharmguy24 on AU. What’s the geometric dilution method you ask? It’s a method used when a small amount of powder needs to be *thoroughly* mixed with a larger amount of powder. To do this you mix all of the smaller powder with an approximately equal amount of the larger powder, this blend is called “mix 1”. Then combine all of your “mix 1” with an equal amount of the larger powder and blend again, this is “mix 2”. Keep going like this until all the powders have been mixed together.

 

So we place all of the Aspirin powder (the smaller amount of the two different powders) in the mortar and add an equal amount of the Baking Soda (approximately 4800mg), then blend them together with the pestle for a couple of minutes. This combination is our mix 1, and it is now 9600mg (4800mg Aspirin + 4800mg Baking Soda). After it’s been blended for a few minutes add an equal amount of Baking Soda (9800mg) to your mix 1 and blend for a couple more minutes. This combination is our mix 2 and is 19,200mg (9800mg from mix 1 + 9800mg Baking Soda). After it’s been blended for a few minutes add the remaining Baking Soda (12912mg) to your mix 2 and blend for a couple more minutes.

 

Why go to this extra trouble? Because even though we know the amounts of Aspirin and Baking Soda we’re using are dead on, our caps will not be dosed properly if the powders are not mixed together very thoroughly.
Now we’re ready to make our caps.

  1. Load both the base and top of the capsule machine with the empty gel caps (the bottom should already be loaded from weighing the powder for mixing).
  2. Place the base on its stand and pour the mixed powder over the empty caps, then spread it around using the supplied plastic card so all the caps are filled.

2a. Optional: At this point you can tamp the powder down and add more powder to the caps increasing the amount they can hold. But because what we want to cap fits fine without doing that we didn’t calculate for it and wont be doing it.

  1. Attach the top of the capsule machine (which contains the other halves of the caps) to the base.
  2. Remove the capsule machine from its stand and press it down on your work surface applying even pressure to join the caps.
  3. Remove the top from the capsule machine and press against the spring loaded plate on its back to eject the finished caps.
  4. Repeat these steps until all your caps are made.

3.Then weigh out 10 grams of cornstarch.

4.Mix the DNP powder, and cornstarch together. Make sure to break up all the clumps. I like to force my DNP cornstarch mixture through one of those really small metal strainers (you can get one at any super market, or dept. store) that way I know all the clumps are broken up.

5.Then put the powder into a container that has a tight sealing lid. Shake the powder for a while to get it well mixed.

6.Then dump it into your cap-m-kwik, and level it into the capsules. You have to pack them really good to get all the powder into them, but it does all fit.(it helps if you get one of those cap-m-kwik tampers)

7.Then put the top halves on the caps, and then take each capsule and compress it tightly by hand, and wipe it with a paper towel. This will give you 50 capsules at 200mg each.

 

TIPS:

1.Don’t force-dry the DNP in the oven, as it melts at a low temperature. Also don’t over-dry the powder, because some of it will get into the air, settle onto your furniture, and stain it brilliant yellow. Dry the DNP just enough so that the moisture doesn’t dissolve the gelatin capsules.

2.You need to wear two layers of rubber gloves, or your hands will get stained bright yellow, and it doesn’t wash off. The stuff will go through the first pair of rubber gloves, so you need to wear two pairs.

3.Also, don’t do this in your kitchen, because it is easy to get everything in the immediate area stained yellow.

 

DNP Administration:
DNP is an orally administered compound and is most commonly found in competitive bodybuilding circles. While making injectables:

 

The number one thing you should be thinking of is practicing isolation of sterilized surfaces and items.
That is, if a piece is sterile, be sure that it doesn’t touch anything that is non-sterile. If your hands touch something that you haven’t sterilized, swap gloves. Think of it as a tattoo artist, a piercer, or your doc would. Cross-contamination can wreck the final product.

Work in an area or on a tray that you have wiped down with antiseptic solution before use and make sure you are working in an area with no air flow OR under a laminar flow hood(If you have access or know how to make one). If you are using pre-sterilized and sealed vials the airflow issue isn’t as important.

 

Sterilizing your instruments:

Other than your final work surface, the only things you should be worried about keeping sterile are as follows.

  1. Stoppers and vials.

I’ll go through a method for sterilizing both a bit later, if you aren’t using pre-sterilized/sealed vials. Most doing small batches should probably just purchase the sealed vials for ease of use.

  1. Your final filters
  2. Anything you may be using to transfer the sterilized solution from a larger container to a smaller one if applicable.

 

Several types of filtration systems and why you should consider using them:

  1.  Syringe filters

This is probably the most popular type for the small time home brewer.

I would use this method on single batches up to 100ml or for multiple batches for making a single cycle.

    2.   Sterilized, self contained vacuum filtration.

This would be for single batches in excess of 200ml.

They provides for simple and fast filtration of very large single item batches.You must practice better sterilization and isolation techniques with most brands.

    3.  Vacuum driven bottle top filtration systems.

    4.  Manual filtration systems.

    5.  Automatic vacuum filtration systems.

Bottle top filtration systems, manual filtration systems and Automatic vacuum filtration systems,would be used for

VERY large batches; >1L in quantity.

Same guidelines as above, only for use with 1L+ volume vacuum safe media bottles.For people wishing to use syringe filters, be sure they’re STERILE for your final filter. We prefer to prefilter with an unsterilized .45um filter and then do a final pass through a .22um or .2um filter. If you are using a sealed vial you’ll want to have one with a male luer lock on it. Some do not come with luer lock ends, but with luer slip. When using a vacuum filtration system of any kind you’ll need a source for the negative pressure. Most people use a hand pump of the variety you can find at any autoparts store, some are more advanced with a small electric pump. With vacuum systems you’ll want to keep your pressure just to the point where it filters smoothly, if you go too high you can and probably will crack the media bottle, thenyou’ve wasted a bit of money and need to refilter.

Solvents, co-solvents, and oils

I would recommend that you use all USP grade products, but if you don’t feel like shelling out the major cash to buy USP oils, food grade will work. You’ll find yourself going through filters much faster with food grade oils than with USP grade oil.I recommend grape seed, cotton seed, or sesame seed oils for your choices. Though just about anything you can find at the store will work. I wouldn’t recommend Wesson, but it will work, you won €™t be able to shoot that through a 25g needle though. Never compromise on your solvent choices, all recipes should have a minimum of 1% benzyl alcohol and 5% benzyl benzoate. All should be of USP-24 grade or higher.

Mr. T’s ‘super solvent’ will be sufficient alone if you have a particularly stubborn product you wish to make into an injectable solution. I’m not going to list a bunch of recipes,because i all have our personal preferences to that end.Generally, if you use the lowest possible concentrations of solvents you can to keep your solution from crashing,it’s all you need. If you feel more comfortable using 5% ba and 20%bb for everything then you can do that as well.

Sterilization of vials and stoppers:

  1. Clean your vials
  2. Wash with soap and distilled water, rinsing with distilled water
  3. Rinse a second time with an alcohol of your choosing. I prefer to use isopropyl. Acetone is also acceptable
  4. Dry and Heat your vials.
  5. Place them upside down on a baking sheet that has been properly wiped with an antiseptic.
  6. Preheat oven to 350*. Place vials in oven and let set for about 30mins, allow the vials to cool to room temp and then repeat the process.
  7. Soak stoppers in a hydrogen peroxide solution for a minimum of 10 mins.

All other items you use that should be sterilized come from the factory sterilized; syringes, needles, and filters.

 

Shopping list for making injectable items:

  1. 1-2 gallons of distilled water.
  2. Anti-bacterial dish soap
  3. Acetone or isopropyl alcohol >90% purity and hydrogen peroxide

How to dissolve IGF1-LR3 lyophilized powder?

(1)-STORAGE OF IGF-1(prior to mixing)
Lyophilized (dry) IGF-1is stable at room temperture for three weeks; however, it should be stored below -18 degrees celsius (in the freezer section).

(D) Next, we added 2cc of bacterialstatic water to the bottle and brought the volume back up to 3cc. The difference is we now have 333 micrograms in 3cc of water, (instead of in 1cc).

Testosterone Cypionate in particular is very popular for this purpose because of its longer half-life and slow release rates, which provide a far more convenient injection schedule for Testosterone Cypionate doses. This is because the vast majority of newcomers and beginners commonly become intimidated by the concept of frequent injections. Testosterone Enanthate is just as popular amongst beginner anabolic steroid users for the same reasons.

Testosterone Cypionate doses are very flexible in terms of the user’s goals in question.
